What to include in your email

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, Pixel 9)
  • Your operating system version (e.g., iOS 18, Android 15)
  • Atapata app version (Settings → About)
  • A clear description of what happened
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if relevant

Common questions

How do I share my digital business card?

Open your card in Atapata and tap the Share button. You can share via NFC (tap phones together), QR code, WhatsApp, link, or any other messaging app.

How do I scan a physical business card?

From the Inbox screen, tap the camera icon. Position the card within the frame and tap to capture. Atapata uses AI to extract the contact details automatically.

How do I update my profile information?

Tap the Settings icon in the app, then select Edit Profile. Update your details and tap Save. Your changes apply to all your cards.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention after deletion.

How do I report a bug?

Email us at support@atapata.app with details of what went wrong. Beta testers can also use the feedback form provided in the welcome email.

I ordered a physical NFC card. Where is it?

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation. Email support@atapata.app with your order number if you have questions about a specific order.
